Good product; price was right
Got upset
that kodak raised the price up on theire ink and consistantly underfilled their cartridges. Am happy that I can get ink cartridges that are cheap and well filled unlike kodacs. I was going to throw the printer in the trash and buy a different brand.

Cartridge difficult to get working
Had problems trying to get color cartridge to print with color. Called customer help tech and was told to tap cartridge on paper towels to get inks into feeders. Was necessary to do this several times before the ink finally came out. Print quality is not as good as Kodak cartridges but for the price difference I will continue to use your cartridges.

The color cartridge jams the printer
I cannot pring any documents using the color cartridge. The ink leaked onto my hands and floor when I installed it. The Kodak printer 3200 does not appear to recognize this cartridge. Now I need to have a return code for sending it back and have to have the charge removed from my card. It appears the printer only recognizes Kodak cartridges, and not knockoffs.
