Cartridges are an Excellent,Good Customer Service
Shipping time was excellent using first class mail. Upon installing three color cartridges in printer I had a little problem,they just would not SNAP into place correctly so it was natural that they would not print a test page. Called Customer service,Tech Support, and spoke to Richard,I explained my problem and he talked me through loading the the cartridges,. I still could not print in color. He said he would send me three more in the mail with a return label. Over the weekend I tried to get them to work by poking a tooth pick into the ink hole where I found that the sponge was very hard and would not let the ink out, after a couple of stabs with the tooth pick the ink began to flow and they printed with no problem. Now the mail has arrived with three replacement ink cartridges.

Received ink 3 days after I ordered it!
Great price for the amount of ink I ordered. Arrived in only 3 days after ordering it, and one of those days was a holiday!
