Ink has been in place for 36 hours....so far...so good! The tool to ream out the hole stinks. I had to get my husband to help me with a drill. Ink was injected with no trouble and if things to continue as is, I will be a repeat customer. I am wondering how long the original cartridge will continue to print quality fonts. More later when I have had the ink long enough to evaluate it. Thanks!!

this thing worked... can't say i wasn't nervous/skeptical - but it's solidly produced - well put together - and most importantly works (thus far)
refilling was not hard and steps were easy to follow - watched the video one time through - pausing while i finished each step - no problems no spills - i actually enjoyed it (although the "drilling" part took a lot more muscle then they suggest physically in the video - i was worried about that)
assuming there's no issues with the ink in the coming months im def. only doing this process as long as possible

This refill kit is excellant!
I just could not afford the cartridges for my new Canon Pixma--my only option was to try refilling my own. I am 65yrs. old, and have these "senior moments" at times; therefore, I was certain I would have a problem refilling the cartridges. I started with the black ink because I knew that would be easiest. I could not believe how easy it was to refill the cartridge. I went on your web site and just followed the video instructions. I did not even get any ink on the gloves! My husband could not believe it (he will not even attempt to refill cartridges because the one time he did he had ink allover the place). It took me about 30 minutes to refill the first cartridge; and only 20 minutes to refill the color cartridge. My next order will be the larger bottles of ink, and of course I will eventually need empty cartridges. 4 Inkjets is just the best!!!! I cannot thank your company enough for having great products, low prices, and a well set-up web site!

waiting for return label it did not work.
it did not work. i tried everything to get it to work then i was told i cant exchange it i had to wait for return label which i have not received then i can purchase to ink i have needed fro weeks.
