The product works
It was hard to grind through the ports for the first refill, and I couldn't tell how full they were because the bottles hold more than the cartridge, so it was a mess. Hopefully the next refill will be easier now that I have a better sense of the process. Once filled, there have been no problems with leaking, smearing, or inconsistent printing. I'm very happy with the quality.

Effective, but VERY messy
The product seems to work OK after you get it into the cartridge. However, getting the ink into the cartridge is a major hassle. First, the directions are anything but helpful. The pictures are on one side of the page and the directions are on the opposite side. The print and pictures are VERY SMALL, the directions are not all that clear and the pictures aren't either. Second, you have to have the strength of a gorilla to bore though the cartridges' shell with the enclosed tool. VERY DIFFICULT! Third, the ink container does not fit the bored hole perfectly so the ink goes everywhere as you push the plunger on the bottom of the ink container. Seems to me it would be much easier if the ink were drawn up and inserted into the cartridge using the syringe only. Next time, I'll spread a plastic sheet on the table before I start. So far, both color and black cartridges seem to work fine.

Everything about this product is great!
I just could not afford the cartridges for my new Canon Pixma--my only option was to try refilling my own. I am 65yrs. old, and have these "senior moments" at times; therefore, I was certain I would have a problem refilling the cartridges. I started with the black ink because I knew that would be easiest. I could not believe how easy it was to refill the cartridge. I went on your web site and just followed the video instructions. I did not even get any ink on the gloves! My husband could not believe it (he will not even attempt to refill cartridges because the one time he did he had ink allover the place). It took me about 30 minutes to refill the first cartridge; and only 20 minutes to refill the color cartridge. My next order will be the larger bottles of ink, and of course I will eventually need empty cartridges. 4 Inkjets is just the best!!!! I cannot thank your company enough for having great products, low prices, and a well set-up web site!

These cartridges after being completely filled with the supplied ink is not recognized by the printer. Therefore it was a waste of money on my part.
