so easy, so economical, perfect copies
I have been refilling my ink cartridges for years on lexmark, HP, & Canon printers and this refill kit is the best one. The ink come preloaded into a "syringe" and you just screw on the needle and push it into the cartridge (after you have made a hole). Directions are great, ink works perfect on OEM and reg. cartridges. Takes just a few minutes once you know what to do, then just rinse needles and reuse next time. Super economical, environmentally friendly, great copies. I pint brochures in color and they look the same as laser printer copies.
MAJOR TIP, I put electric tape (pretty sticky and easy to put on and off w/ no residue vs. other tapes) over the bottom hole over lapping to sides of cartridge 1" to keep ink from dripping out and I don't use the yellow holder at all.

BEWARE
Initially my error for not noticing these were refills, not actual cartridges. Only received four of six rubber plugs needed. Considering myself fairly handy, I still made sure to cover table. Instructions were basic, but clear enough for most to proceed. Messy as heck, not worth the hassle, next time I WILL pay more for cartridges. I've ordered the generics from this site before and had no problems, I would recommend those.

I'VE BEEN USING THIS BRAND OF INK ON THIS PRINTER FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. THIS INK IS WONDERFUL AND EASY TO USE,ONCE U HAVE THE HOLES PUNCHED OUT IN THE ORIGINAL TANKS. THAT'S THE TRICKY STEP. IF U USE TANKS NOT ORIGINAL TO THIS PRINTER, THE WARNING LITES DON'T WORK. THE INK QUALITY IS PERFECT AND I GET 2 REFILS PER BOTTLE. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THAT NO MATTER HOW FAST I REFIL THE TANK, IT LEAKS FROM THE BOTTOM, EVEN WHEN SET INTO THE YELLOW HOLDER. ALSO PLACING A PIECE OF REGULAR TAPE OVER THE REFILL HOLE BEFORE INSERTING THE INK HELPS STOP LEAKAGE AFTER PLUG IS INSERTED. SOMETIMES THEY JUST DON'T FIT TIGHTLY ENUF. OVERALL~~X L ENT! AND COSTS MUCH LESS.

Why didn't I do this sooner?!
My husband owns his own real estate business and we have spent TONS on new ink cartridges!! (I'm ashamed to say how much ink we go through!) I had heard horror stories about refilling your own cartridges & damage that it could do so I kept buying OEM cartridges and paying exorbitant sums monthly. My son-in-law told me he had been using 4inkjets for years so I decided to take the plunge! (one reason was because of their step-by-step video showing how easy it is to refill your own cartridges!) I am SO thankful I tried and now I am hooked!!! I even purchased a non-OEM cartridge for my HP and when it gave me an error message after using it for about a week, I called and they promptly sent me a functioning replacement with no hassles!
