Leaking black cartridge
I have only replaced 2 empty cartridges. This took 3 because one of the black cartridges had leaked and I had to throw it out. I sincerely hope it is an anomaly as i won't know until I open the rest as needed.

very bad product
when I opened package to use I took tape off top and ink leaked out upon removing plastic on bottom ink went everywhere,on my hands,shirt,pants,desk &floor. Terrible mess . Won,t buy again but stuck with 11 more units. Will buy from Staples or Office Depot from now on.

These people
As i said these people are the best and unusal in this day in age it is hard to find such a good company as efficent and so nice as these people are. You can not find any one that is much better they deliver what they promise and stand behind what they promise and more over it is shipped and delivered before they have promised. I will not go any where else for my ink cartridges.
