Very good product, excellent service
I ordered the remanufactured ink cartridges for cost savings just to see if they really work and they do. No problems installing and my printer is working and printing out pages wonderfully. Next time I might get adventurous and buy the ink refill bottles. Thanks so much for a quality product and excellent service.

Wish I was not negitive
I purchased 3 8728 cartridges. The first one, I used, the first copy was perfect. However, I want 4 copies, and the second was less color, and the third and fourth copies were greenish yellow. The cartridge lost it red. If I waited a few minuets I could make another good copy, but the problem was there. Discussed I went to the next cartridge and that one was fine. I have not had any problem with the 2nd, but will see about the third. Possible a bad cartridge did not get replenished with ink, which would be a human error.

I have used this product quite a bit in the last two years. I keep getting it refill.
