Poor Experience
I had ordered some toner cartridges from a company called LD (which I have recently discovered they own 4inkjets.com); I received a compromised cartridge that wouldn't work (made a huge mess + pretty much shut my printer down in my office). Now I understand things happen in transit, but my biggest beef is they wouldn't make it right to my satisfaction. I explained that my office was at a stand still until we received a replacement, but they wouldn't allow expedited shipping so I asked to have a supervisor call me the next day --- of course 3 days went by so I decided to call them. The best they could do was to offer a refund. Great! So I did another search and found 4inkjets.com and ordered another replacement from them. The replacement came and of course this one wouldn't work either (poor quality). I will never order from either of these companies again.

GREAT ITEMS - GREAT SERVICE
I have purchased inks for all 3 of my Color laser jet 4650DN Printers. I have purchased at least 3 sets for each printer. They work great. The printer thinks I am using genuine HP Replacements because they do replace the computer chip on the toner cartridge. When I did have 1 cartridge that did not work correctly they replaced it immediately with no questions asked, I try to keep an extra set on hand so I am never with a down printer.
