This is the second replacement in a row for bad cartridges. It is working well so far. You really do stand behind your products unconditionally in giving replacements. Your customer service girls are outstanding in knowledge and making the customer happy. I have been using your products for several years and most all of them gave good service. Keep going!!

Great Deal
The only reason I'm giving this product 3 stars and average quality is because the first cartridge I received was faulty. I called the company and they tried a couple of solutions over the phone and then told me the cartridge was probably faulty. They sent out a replacement that day and I received it 2 days later. The cartridge works fine and I am satisfied. It prints just as well as the HP cartridge and for a whole lot less money.

I give up
I had to give up on LD Inks for my Epson months ago because they weren't recognized by the printer. However, I kept using them in my HP printers because they were working. This time I put in a new LD color cartridge. It worked fine for about three prints and then stopped. I know LD is good about sending a replacement, but the inconvenience is more than I can put up with. I guess I'll just have to "Bite the Bullitt" an pay the price for HP's

Not Good
Cartridge stopped printing after 1 week of use. Keep getting messsages from my printer to check the cartridge.

This Product is somewhat disappointing!
The product is fine until you want to print a picture. The picture comes out like a smeared water color painting, is very distorted.
For just straight printing of words it is fine.
