I was concerned about the very negative reviews that were posted here, and I read the 4inkjets' replies. It seemed obvious that the customers had not followed through with the request to notify the seller of difficulties.
I therefore went ahead and placed my order, ordering only 3 of the 4 cartridges. 5 hours later, I ran out of ink in the 4th cartridge. I called the 800 # on the email confirmation and discovered McKenna who graciously added the 4th cartridge to my order.
You can't ask for much more service than that!!!

Printer doesn't recognize cartridge
I bought a set of duplicate "4inkjets"cartridges as back-ups about a year ago. I just installed the yellow. The color doesn't print and the printer indicates that the cartridge is "low on ink."
I previously had the same experience with a new (re-manufactured) 4inkjets cyan cartridge. I thought it was an isolated incident. I bought a replacement which worked fine.
It appears that there is a generic problem with this line of cartridges. They're out of warranty and I no longer have the receipts so I'm out of luck.

All prints purple!!!!!
can't use the three colored cartridges.
