Good product, but communication need improvement
HP software determines if you have refilled you original ink cartridge and, if so, disables the printer. Had I known this, I would not have purchased the refill kit. I've learned how to work around this, but I should have been told this prior to my purchase and been offered a work around procedure. Terminology used in instructions was somewhat confusing. Otherwise, the product seems acceptable.

Would recommend, but . . . . .
Ok, not ever using refills before, I tried the black first. I wrote a review stating that you would be a fool to not buy refills due to the soaking that we get from buying new cartridges. The BLACK was easy. The COLOR was a bit challenging. First off, I think the tutorial is a bit confusing. It shows refilling one color, not all colors. So, I thought to myself, do I just refill the color that's low? How would I know that? My HP toolbox doesn't tell me which color is low, it just says the color cartridge is low. So I ended up filling all 3 colors, somewhat worried that one would overfill, but it didn't. In fact, I discovered that you need to put more in than what's recommeded. Also, be careful filling up the syringes. If you hold the bottle upside down, you'll get a few drops of ink that will fall. At least I did. Overall, even though the COLOR wasn't nearly as simple as the BLACK, I would still recommend it.

The ease of doing it yourself.
Haven't had a good time to give the product a long try but so far I like how easy it is to use it on the refilling part,not on if it's proforms as good the old product I was using.
