My first shipment!!!!!
I put in the first black cartridge and when I started to print I had horrible blured print and then I noticed large ink smears. I looked at my hand and arm and they too had ink all over them. I would have been in contact sooner but I have been out of town. I am afraid to put another one in. I don't want to keep these what can I do.
