Service was Ok; arrived on time and the exactly product and so... but product was kind of defect, when I opened the first box was kind of liking the ink, I opened the 2nd one and the same... maybe UPS still doing wrong shaking boxes away at warehouse and trucks..didn't see the driver if throw this for my door!!!! LOL

So far I've opened two black ink, both have left light pring in a number of lines of page. I am waiting to have a service man look at printer to see what the problem is, ink or printer................

My favorite ink store
I can't believe how much $$ I've wasted buying refills at local stores.
Less than $36 for 5 black & 3 color for my Kodak printer!
Why would I ever shop anywhere else :)

Works Great!!!
I have only used the black cartridge so far. I am very pleased with the quality of print. No bleeding or smudging of ink. Clear printout.

This product does not have good quality
The ink cartridges only give me about 10 pages of print. I'm very unsatisfied with the product. I would not recommend buying a product that is not KODAK for a KODAK printer.
