black cartridge is barely working w my Lexus S305
This cartridge shows as almost out of ink even though it is a new high capacity replacement for the Lexus S305. I have had this happen 2 times in a row so I know it isn't just a one time bad cartridge. Obviously this cartridge isn't fully compatible with my printer. The chip is not being recognized fully. I had a replacement sent to me after the 1st cartridge was having the exact same thing happen. Right now I am on borrowed time as the printer will shutdown once it thinks the cartridge is too low to operate. Then where am I? Back to square one all over again.

Excellent product and customer service
I ordered the black, yellow, magenta and cyan for my Lexmark. They arrived in less than a week. At first my printer did not recognize the cartridges, but there are easy to follow directions to fix this. However since it was my first time, I called customer service just to be safe and the gal was super helpful and friendly and with in a few minutes all was working perfectly.
Or so I thought. After printing something which took a lot of ink, the black began to leak. I called customer service...and again super friendly and helpful...the guy sent a replacement that day along with a return envelope for the leaky cartridge. The new cartridge arrived the next day and after a careful cleaning of my print head, everything has worked great. The colors are excellent too.
I am very happy with the product, service and price.

Great product, awesome price.
This is a wonderful product. It fit my printer perfectly, and the quality is amazing. There was no problem at all. The ink was bright and clear and very vivid. I couldn't be more pleased. The price was the best I could find anywhere too. Oh! and the shiping was a pleasant surprise too. It came several days ahead of time.
