Historically i have been happy with your products
I have had to return about six of these over the last year or two due to the printer not recognizing the new cartridges you sent. Between the sorting out of the problem (was it me, the printer or your cartridge) and the time I spent having to deal with the issue and ship it back to you, I have been very frustrated. Way too much of my time spent and that is not how it is supposed to work.

Good product when it arives
Love the quality - but order before your old cartridge is empty - these take over a week to arrive.

need a replacement as quality was very poor. Print image was very light even after taking out and re shaking the cartridge.

Good Service
I have purchased this toner cartridge model in the past and it has worked fine. I received this most recent order and the box was crushed. I refused the order and the UPS driver took it back.
I called customer service and they dispatched a replacement after determining the return was enroute back (via the tracking number). Good service.
