1st one leaked!
Unfortunately The 1st cartridge I opened was leaking I called the Tel# on the invoice and they sent me a new one but it took a few days to arrive so I was not able to use the printer for color for that amount of time.

The magenta cartridge did not work at all.
The magenta cartridge didn't work at all. The other 3 cartridges worked fine. The printer apparently recognized the cartridge but no ink came out.

Just installed and used. So far no apparant problems. Unclear tho why they don't reuse the old ones. Oh well. So far, so good.
