Good customer support
I tried one cartridge, but my computer would not recognize it. I used both methods described to help the computer recognize it, to no avail. Called customer service and she tried several things, and we finally gave up on that cartridge. The next one we installed worked and customer service sent a new cartridge and an envelope for return of the defective one. In the past I've used these cartridges without problems.

I am very happy with this ink cartridge; it works as well as the ones from the printer manufacturer, but is much less expensive, and the shiiping was less and just as fast. I will be back when I need more!

Good cartridge to have, but there was trouble with the communication of the cartridge and printer. I used a DELL P713w all-in-one-printer and it never acknowledged it. Did the scratching of carbon strip and that made it communicate, where it knew there's a cartridge, but very low ink status. I've had cartridges refilled in the past that did this and know its common issue, but I've also had some that worked great with no low ink status and this one claimed it had a new chip. Hmmm....
