I had to change the light cyan ink the first one I have bought from here! I put the cartridge in and was told incompatible non epson cartride take out and replace. I had to take the ink out and put it back in several times as well as turn off the printer with the cartridge installed before it finally accepted it about 30 minutes time wasted trying to change the ink. Not easy at all and I bought 4 inks and replace 3 of the 4 so far and each time it is about 20-30 minutes before printer will work
