I have been using non OEM inks for over a year and this one is made by G&G. Make sure your shake the cartridge sideways before installing into the printer. If you don't pump pressure sevice error will show up. If that does do not panic. You can restart the printer and reinstall the ink. If that fails press cleaning button and make a nozzle test print. This generally takes care of pump pressure problem if it does. Most of the time you don't have to experience this.
