Much better price than the name brand product.
The cartridge has yet to be installed, so can only judge by the price and the service which was excellent.

Usually good, but not this time
I've used this product from 4inkjets 3 times in the past with high satisfaction. I always purchase all 3 colors and black. THis time the Y registers empty. The printer says that there is no toner in this cartridge. they have so many warning or what not to open if i wish to return, but opening is the only way i know if it works. also, shipping is on me (i suppose). I'm very disappointed
