Unreliable
shook toner and put it in.
if you did multiple copies the toner was very light
machine kept asking us to check the black toner.
the right hand thumb handle fell off.
ulitmately, there was black toner all over the inside of the machine and the machine stopped working and made all sorts of noise.
as a result, we have to get the machine serviced.
spoke to scott in customer service
he asked us to send cartridge back.
I told him we had an additional order coming for color cartridges and we would refuse acceptance.

Customer Service Review
Order product online. Price was lower than many retail cartridge stores and did not require me to bring in cartridge for a refill. Delivery was quick without issue.
Overall rating, quality, and recommendation are set as regards to customer service only, as the cartridge has not been installed as yet so I do not know how it would operate.

Product stated would last 8000 copies, untrue
We got maybe 1000 copies from this product. Was installed Oct 15th and ran out on Oct 23rd. So no I would not recommend this product. I am not sure what is going on with this ink but every cartridge we got was like this. So we will not be buying it again and will look elsewhere for ink.

Incredible price
Less than half what I was paying at a local laser toner refiller and so far (only have been using it for a few days) none of the problems I was having with their cartridges.
