The ink bodies are not at carefully shapped as the Xerox ones, so that they can fit in upside down. Buyers should be intructed to put them in so that the flat side is up. The Xerox ones fit only one way and are no problem.

Quite a steal
The only problems I had with this ink are things that really don't matter or were totally worth it. It was kind of difficult to get the ink out of the packaging; you had to squeeze it like solid toothpaste. That said, it's totally worth saving nearly $100 off of Xerox's product. I haven't noticed any difference at all in performance or quality.
