Poor quality control
My CPA office is very busy--especially this time of year. We have a Xerox 3635MFP printer/copier. Our SOP is to order a new toner cartridge when the one in the printer gets used up so we alway have a spare. I ordered a replacement toner cartridge in Feb from 123inkjets which is a sister company of 4inkjets, both owned by LD Products. When we went to install the replacement cartridge supplied by 123inkjets, it was defective-incompatible with my Xerox model. I immediately called customer service & ordered a replacement. They made me pay $30 for overnight shipping. This cartridge was also defective. A non-working printer/copier is a disaster in the CPA office at tax time. I then ordered from 4inkjets, not realizing it was the same company as 123inkjets. As a safety measure I also ordered a replacement from Xerox Direct who shipped overnight for $6!! The replacement from Xerox was the right one. The one that came later from 4inkjets was again defective & unusable. They all had the same model number, but there was a noticable difference in the contact strip. Terrible experience, won't use again even if the product is free!!

Excellent option
We only have use one cartridge but the quality is great and it last the same as the original one.
