This product was not compatible at all. Per the information on line it should have been compatible to what we use here at the plant and it wasn't.

Final outcome was successful ......but
The product arrived promptly; it did not fit the slot as it should have. After much scrutiny I discovered a small shape in the back left of the cartridge that did not match the OEM product. Although the cartridge fit in the space it did not seem to push downward that slight bit so the front cover would not close. After calling support we tried and finally I was able to get it closed......but it should not be that hard. Then I discoverd that the printer does not recognize the cartridge; another call and we are told to insert the credit card sized "card" to enable the printer to communicate with the laser toner. OK and hang-up. The card, no way, will fit in this slot all the way. Another call- only need to slide it in as far as it will go and turn printer on- printer recognizes card and can now remove card. Now printer works fine. Problems: 1. cartridge did not fit due to different architecture 2. no instruction as to how to implement card
or that it was even necessary.
The positives are that the company stood behind the product and it finally did work and the price was much more appealing than OEM. Also the representatives were kind and helpful.
