After reading only one review of this product I thought I would give it a shot. We order from inkjets for other products and have always been happy. This is not the case with this item however. The web description says it is compatible with my machine but it really is not. The machine will not read it. We tried installing many times, heard the "click" they mentioned in the last review, turned the machine off and on, and it keeps erroring out, beeping whenever someone tries to use the machine. The customer service team was understanding and are willing to refund the money once they receive the defective product back. So, as long as my return and credit goes well, I will keep using this company for other items. I will update this review later once I know.

This product is not compatible with my machine
i've tried it to my machine but the machine status keep on telling me error. i keep on trying but still it says error! finally i was able to use it but the machine supplies status says it's only 10%. I cannot recommend this product. i will not order on this company anymore.
