poor product- great service!
Service was great, you really do a great job of getting the product to me in 2 days! BUT, you had to send me a THIRD replacement because the 1st two were defective. As of now the replacement is "printing" color copies, but the colors are stating to "fade out" again. In about another week or two of printing it will be useless. And I only print about 2 items a week- if that. I am not "going wild" printing "many items". I think I should have just went to a local store a purchased what I needed. BUT your service is the best- you really do have the best customer service. GREAT COMPANY AND PEOPLE< PRODUCT- NOT GOOD! SORRY-Ben

Just what I needed. Can't get it at Wal-mart or Best Buy. But 4inkjet has it. And it works great. Thanks so much.

So far, so good
Have used it a couple of times in my old, but reliable, HP Deskjet 812C. Thus far, it seems to work fine.

This product works great & the cost is much less than retail stores.
Also it shipped on a friday & I received it on monday!

Colors bright and clear
My order came faster than I expecterd and the quality of the ink is great. The colors are all so bright and clear except for black, but that's becausei I need to buy black ink also. As soon as I aaam able I will place another order for some black ink since I love your prices and the quality of your service.
