The actual LD re-manufactured toners are of excellent quality. The best I have found and I literally have tried every brand out there. Our company goes through 20 toners a week of all sorts, so I know what works and what doesn't. I get the actual page count and I NEVER have a problem with the toner(literally 100's of toners now). No other company can match that.
Once they sent me not LD and I had a problem with those.

Exactly as advertised
My first time order was for a cartridge no longer available from HP dealers for my somewhat obsolete but still functioning laserjet 8100N.
I saved $60 compared with two local refillers, got shipping for free, did not have to provide an empty cartridge, and the product arrived on time in terrific packaging with no leaks. It worked fine straight out of the box.
I would rate this purchase an excellent experience. Value is 5 stars. So far the black density is a bit lighter than I'd like, but maybe that will improve, so I rated Quality 4 stars.

Sad Purchase
We were looking for another vendor for our toner supplies. We bought two toners at first to test out and they both print ghost image and I have to call customer service to have it replace only to have replacement to be doing the same thing. Such a shame, I was happy with the customer service and everything, unfortunately the most important thing QUALITY of the products are lacking.

Great Price, Great Product
I have purchased toner for my printers from numerous vendors, and rarely use remanufactured ones. These work great, have the same print quality and page count as the name brand, and the price and shipping were phenomenal. I would recommend purchasing from 4Inkjets without reservation.
