We installed these in March and they worked fine for about one month and the about 2-3 weeks ago anything we printed in color started coming out with the images "doubled" and blurry. I am giving one star only because they worked for a short time otherwise the product deserves 0 stars. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.

Faulty cartridge
Good customer service but product was faulty and had to be returned for exchange. Smudges appeared on blue areas of a printed page. If it recurs, I would not recommend the product, but hopefully it was an isolated event.

Great toner at a great price!
What can be said other than this toner is identical to the HP toner in both form and function? Oh yeah, it's roughly half the price of its HP counterpart.
