Another defective cartridge. 3 out of 3.
This is the third defective cartridge I've returned. I placed an order of 3 and had to return them all because they were leaking. I received a refund for the first two and exchanged the last one. I just received it two days ago and so far it's working well. Customer service is great. They are fast, helpful and friendly.

Defective cartridge
Although a replacement was facilitated, I have found not only one but several past instances in which cartridges were defective (did not work, color bleeding onto copies etc) requiring replacement. A real inconvenience for my business in that I cannot afford to have several of each color cartridge available for interchange. I need to count on the quality of the material I get the first time.
