All four working good. I bought 4 cartridges. The printer claimed cyan was needed, the cause of my purchase. A couple of times after installing your cartridges I got a cyan warning; I took the cartridge out, shook it in a rolling motion, reinstalled it, and everything worked fine. I suspect it is my printer rather than the toner cartridge. May 17, 2012
