Not a good experience recently
We have purchased many of these cartridges in the past and most recently we received one which had its handles broken off. Although the installation was still possible, I was a bit disappointed that the cartridge was even sold/shipped under these conditions. It was not the case that the product was damaged during shipping, the handles had been broken off prior to shipment of the product.

Not Happy
I am really not happy with this product at all. It made a huge mess of my printer. There is blank ink all over the inside of my printer. There is also black streaks on every single page I print. I try to take the Cartridge out to clean the ink from the inside of the printer and ink just comes pooring out of the cartridge. Needless to say, I will not be buying from this company again.
