Good product, priced right, delivered on time.
Cartridge works great in my new printer. Just installed it and it worked right away. This was a replacement. The first one did not work at all. A replacement was sent out after a call to service dept. Service call went smoothly, no pushback. Would re-order anytime.

Productivity....
This product is now working so far in my printer. The last ink cartridge had a defect in the coils.

The original HP-901XL ink cartridge I received failed to work properly. I contacted the Company and they immediately sent a replacement cartridge which arrived within 72 hours of my initial call. I am satisfied with their response and will buy from them again.

Product is working great, but my printer will not align. I have printed an alignment three times and did a copy, to no avail.
But my printer works mine just has a yellow ! mark when I check it on my computer. Who knows whaat is wrong ! ! !
