defect in manufacture
I have purchased items from you before and they were excellent in most case (there was a yellow cartridge that was not working at one point).
This time this blue cartridge was not "clicking" into place and the printer read it as "defective". I had to go get a HP replacement from WalMart instead.
My experience with you has been good and I will continue to do business with you. But I felt this time I need to mention this

The packages leaked ink. All colored prints were
When I received the packages the ink had leaked out and got on my hands. When I print colored pictures they are all purple.

will try again with a replacement
have used black ink before with no problems. The 3 colors I tried wouldn't work. Even tried to troubleshoot the problem, but still had poor print quality on all 3 colors. Told company about problem and they are sending replacements along with an envelope to return defective cartridges. Very satisfied with company response. Hopefully next 3 cartridges will work fine.
