This is my second purchase from Inkjets for the same printer. Each time the product worked great upon installation. The first refill cartridge lasted well over a year and a half. My second purchase, this February 2013, came with a prepostage plastic bag to return my old cartridge. Although, the second cartridge cost was a dollar or two more than the last one, (most likely to pay for the "free" return package) I love the convenience of a return plastic for the old cartridge. I don't mind paying the extra buck to help keep make the world a better place.

Neither of the inks worked when I tried them did not find any instructions and my printer kept telling me that this ink will damage my printer got frustrated and called customer who was able to assist me, would rather have had instructions in package seeing that that was need, but thanks to the Customer Service Rep. all is working now.

Lexmark X2580 Compatibility Issue
The Lexmark X2580 does not read the cartridge's true ink capacity. The cartridge transmits a message code that it is "empty" or "near empty" requiring multiple overides to complete a print request.
