Product would not work.
Lexmark X6650 Printer. Printer would not except cartridge ,it would fit in printer ok but screen on printer would read improper cartridge. I ordered both Black and Color(36XL and 37XL)same problem with both. I called customer service and received very good service. After trying to wipe off bottom with alcohol they told me they would sent two replacement cartridges and enclose a return envelope for the ones I received. I know things happen and will use you in the future.

Low Ink Warning appeared on 1st print
Either my printer doesn't know how to read this 2nd hand cartridge, or it came with almost no ink in it. Either way, this thing stinks.

Great value for the price. Easy to order and I did not have to shop all over town for the correct ink cartridge!

Seems to be good quality
I have only ordered 1 of the color ink, but it seems to be working great for now.
Not quite the same luck with the black ink.
Hoiwever, customer service has been GREAT!

Remanufactured 18c2180 Color cCrtridge (#37XL)
Unfortunetely this cartridge would not work in my printer, however I was given a full refund, without any difficulties, which was appreciated. I will continue to purchase from 4inkjets, as I
have always received good fast and reliable service.
