cartridge will not print right.
just received these cartridge last week and color cartridge will not print right even after cleaning cartridge numerous times per your trouble shooters instructions.

The color quality was very poor.
I purchased the color ink for my Dell printer and the quality was very poor. I have the Dell Photo 926 and it doesn't even recognize that I've replaced the ink cartridge. The printer is saying that there is an alignment problem and every time I go to print, it reprints the whole test page, thus wasting the ink. The colors are a very watered down version of the colors I got when I purchased the actual Dell ink cartridges and they are also a little grainy. I've been incredibly disappointed.
