I like very much that this toner incorporates the photoconductor -- ensures beautiful copies and no expensive parts to replace frequently. I am a little concerned about the claims of the manufacturer as to the number of pages it prints, but will continue to purchase this product for its value and performance. Also I would like to comment that Valentina, my customer rep on this transaction, was very impressive -- knowledgeable, personable and obviously concerned for your customers and resolving their issues.
