Poor Quality
When I put the cartridge in and shut the lid I got a message that it wasn't an HP product then when I tried to make a copy, there was a high pitch sqealing sound and the drum started to leak toner. This was the most dissapointing experience that I have had with your products.

This product needs work
Every time you print the drum squeals and squeaks like it needs to be oiled. The new drums don't do that. The noise is driving us crazy.
