this product was of inferior quality
We just installed the re-manufactured ink cartridge in our printer last night and the printer works fine BUT there seems to be no ink in the cartridge. With shipping charges, I paid almost $25 for this product and have nothing to show for it.

Ink Leaked
When I opened the box, I was able to see in the bag and tell that ink had leaked out.

This is a somewhat hard to find product due to the age of the printer, inkjets came through and they will now be my go-to people for printer cartridges. Our useage is somewhat low, but still is important.

I'm so glad to find a reliable company!
I am very happy that I found your company. These cartridges were difficult to find. However, after ordering two replacement BC-02 (black) and one BC-05 (color) cartridges, my printer began to mis-print. Although it's given me excellent service since June of 1999, I'm reluctant to give it up. I have used one black cartridge, however the other black and color cartridges are still sealed. In the event that my next printer will not accomodate these cartridges, may I return them and replace them with current cartridges? I await your response.
