The product has an excellent price!
I've only printed a couple of pages since installing the cartridge. I don't know if it is the paper or the ink but it does not seem to be 'really' black...but very, very dark grey. I need to try on different papers... that is the only reason I did not give an 'excellent' on the quality.

poor to plain useless
After filling out correctly all info about my printer and matching to your ink,I put the black in and the printer did not recognize your product and could not print with it. I did not open any others. I am getting together money to return product to you and I want my money back so I can buy the real thing and again be able to print. Because of fixed income I have been without printer for six months. Therefor I WAS VERY DISHEARTENED THAT YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH A PENNEY.

I had purchase a package that included black cartridges.
Sometimes, the black cartridges will fail to release ink. I had to
discard one.
Is there anyway that we would get reimbursed for it?

Easy, Excellent, Affordable
The replacemnets ink from 4inkjets are Easy to use, Excellent quality and very very affordable. The Website experience is so easy to navigate. The quality of the product is Outstanding and never have a bad replacement. The prices are so much more affordable than the name Brands replacements. I use 4inkjets for all my printer ink.
