Great product for the price.
I used this Epson TO784 yellow on my Epson R380 and had no problems, the printer recgonized it right away great value great price.

I just waisted money.
I got defective cartridges. They shipped replace-
ments twice but both did not work. I ended up
returning both and they gave me a refund. I
decided to buy new printer with cartridges that
Costco can refill.

Problems
I have a Epson printer. I have always used Epson ink. I loaded your black cartridge first. Everything went great. After a few weeks I loaded your Yellow cartridge. Printer would not charge cartridge. I tried a few thinks and finally got it to charge. The Epson status monitor did show the yellow cartridge was full of ink. So I printed a 8x10 picture of wild flowers. The print came out very blue. I used the nozzle check it shower no yellow in the pattern. I took your yellow cartridge out & replaced it with the empty Epson cartridge & it showed the red X that is empty. So I put your yellow back in and no yellow came out. I checked the status monitor & it said I have faulty black & yellow cartridges. So I removed your two cartridges replaced with Epson.

Messed up my color for all prints
I installed this ink in my printer and all of my colored printed pages now have a purplish/yellow hue to them. I did not change anything else on my printer and it is now ruined. I will be taking action to get this fixed and do NOT recommend anyone else purchase this product.

Product come quick in the mail. Sometimes it seems like the cartridges run out even though there is still ink inside.
