Customer service to dream of! I have a Epson R1900. It's a wonderful printer but is very picky about the products you use in it. I should have known better than to use knock offs but I did anyway. The first seven cartridges were all unrecognized except one... They offered to stand behind their one year warranty and replace them. We did this SEVERAL time until they were all recognized and they were CHEERFUL in the process. You can't find a better place to do business. Customer service is always the thing that makes the deal.
