Great Price even better costumer service.
The ink is black, it comes out a little lighter then the OEM but for the price its right for my small business. On the phone with there costumer service they are very astute and knowledgeable of there product base, so if and when I have a problem I know that I will talk to a person not a machine.

Economical Print Cartridge is a good alternative.
Just bought this product and installed it in my Epson NX510. It fit well and seems to be working fine.
