hard to install
I had a hard time installing the color cartridge. It seemed too large and instructions said scratch the carbon strip, which I could not locate. I finally it did go in place. seems ok now.

Poor cartridge carrier design
When I removed the plastic carrier the ink flowed out and got all over my hand and my carpet....so cartridge was good for only a few prints.
