Back up and running.
Ordered this product and received it in record time. Placed the drum in the printer and checked the level but found it at 82%. This is kinda strange but with the volume I print, it's not a big deal. I have used 4Inkjets for several years and have never had any problems with their products.
I will continue to use their products.

Very pleased with this product and the others I have ordered recently. Buying items online for printers can be risky because many consumers report that the toner they purchase elsewhere is low, it leaks, or drum malfunctions, etc...... but I am pleased to say none of those situations have happened to me. I am happy that 4inkjets was my go to online supplier for my office needs.

Product is inferior
Customer support is fantastic. Return policy is fantastic. The product quality is inferior on multiple orders. That is why I know all about the return policy.
