Product is defective. 4inkjets responded immediate
I notified 4inkjets and they immediately sent replacements. Unfortunately the replacements were also defective. I notified them and they requested I return the defective product and they promise to refund the cost. I'm sure they will as they have done everything they promised to this point.
I won't order this product again, but I will order OEM until they have cleared out this defective product.

Lighter tone
I had trouble with the toner cartridge it looks like... near end of life but I purchased a drum unit due to other issues i thought may have occurred.. Toner distribution on page is sporatic and lite... the older original drum after cleaning and installing was still better than the replacement for sharpness and darkness all i needed was a replacement toner cartridge and the new drum unit was not performing as I thought it should.

Works great
Over the years, I've purchased several laser drums and toners for my old trusty Brother laser. I've only received one bad toner cartridge, and after a quick phone call, they had a replacement on the way immediately. I've never had a problem with a drum. Also, I've purchased many ink cartridges for about 4 different HP all-in-ones, and most recently, for a Brother all-in-one. There has never been a problem with any of them.
I highly recommend this company and it's products. You'll get a lot of bang for the buck.

Great value
I decided to try to resurrect a retired Brother HL-1440 when I saw the price of the drum from 4inkjets. Their price was about $69 vs about $200 for an OEM unit from Staples. So far it works great.
I've lost count of how many printers I've junked over the years because the supply costs were, in many cases, more expensive than the original printer. 4inkjets is providing a service to the environment by keeping printers out of the garbage stream.

Still not certain
After the first 2 pages printed, the unit has jammed with every print job. Have removed & re-installed unit and changed paper. Will need to call customer support .
