My picky and mercurial printing software program recognized and accepted this product (HP 93 Recycled Color Ink Cartridge) with no problems or issues. This was most welcome as two of the three ink refills just done by Costco would not work and had to be returned for refund. With the special offer, the 4inkjets price with free shipping was as low or actually lower than Costco. The order and shipping time to my home (using standard shipping) on the East Coast was a blazing three days. I have not yet used my second color cartridge but if it works as good as the first one......I'm one happy guy! The product was professionally and attractively packaged. I very highly recommend " 4inkjets."

I received this ink cartridge in a timely manor, installed it in my printer and it does not work. My printer prints in black and white.

I notice on the tri-color that the color doesn't match as well as the original cartridges. The colors are not as bright but I understand they would not be since these are recycled. I think they are well worth it for the price. I print out a lot of photos and have had some trouble with the color. Other than that they are fine.

Very good approach by HP to recylce cartridges and bring to the market at a low and affordable cost to the consumers.
