cartridge worked perfectly first time then printer would not work at all because of this cartridge. called tech support, they helped with trouble shooting and when cartridge still defective sent new one at no cost. Excellent customer service!

So far so good.
I've only had this ink cartridge for a couple of weeks, but so far, colors seem fine. If it lasts a decent amount of time, I will be very happy, but only time will tell.

While I haven't had reason to use the color on my printer yet, if it works as well as the black cartridge, I will be very happy - great value - thank you for providing reasonable options!

Delivery was quick and the cartridges work fine.
I'm not sure the colors are exactly the same as orig. But it's ok if you're not too picky when printing pictures.

HP PSC 1610 All-in-One
This is my first order with 4inkjets. I ordered two black and one color cartridge for the above mentioned printer. I loaded them, ran the printer test, and everything worked great. The real test will come in a month or six from now when I need to use the second black one and by then we will know how the color one works. All I can say is that ordering was easy and shipping was fast. If all goes well, I have found the only place I will ever buy ink again!!
